I had such a wonderful experience with my facial. The Signature Facial was thoughtfully customized specifically for my skin, and I could tell that Chanel took the time to understand my skin’s needs. The setting was comfortable, calming, and beautifully relaxing,  I especially appreciated how she took the time to explain product recommendations in detail, including the key ingredients and how they would benefit my skin. Chanel is AWESOME!! I was in need of a facial. I have had regular facials for 40 years.

Recently, the stress of moving from the mainland, caregiving and stress was beginning to show up on my face.

Chanel’s facials and peels have improved the texture and health of my face and neck.  Chanel explains everything she is applying to your skin. Chanel took the time to assess my skin and made recommendations. I have come to enjoy some of her custom facials. I recently tried micro-needling facial. At first, I was doubtful I would do this again. Ha!! I just had another micro-needling facial.

My time with Chanel is relaxing and therapeutic. Chanel is kind, always professional, understanding, patient and calm. We need calm during these challenging times.

Found the studio when searching for an esthetician that uses Face Reality products to treat acne breakouts. Chanel is very knowledgeable and ensures that your skincare routine at home is what your skin needs. I appreciate that appointments for treatments are not rushed and I can always tell a difference in my skin the very next day after a facial. This is the best spot to get skin support in Kailua! Chanel is so knowledgeable and kind. I took my daughter here because she was having break outs and Chanel really sat down and discussed changes, routines and lifestyle measures that would be supportive for my tween. She helped us select product for my daughter after doing an evaluation, and helped my girl feel super pampered. Chanel also went above and beyond and answers my random skin questions. My facial with chanel was amazing. I got the bio re-peel treatment and dmk enzyme therapy. My skin needed that reboot and she did such a great job.
